At RFHIC we provide a broad range of high-power solid-state sub-systems utilizing our state-of-the-art gallium-nitride (GaN) HEMT solutions. We offer sub-systems in both continuous wave (CW) and pulse for various applications in industrial, scientific, medical, and defense- radar. Custom designs and production services are available through our one-stop GaN solution facility.
