				RFHIC’s RFMR13-LTRM-250-200B is a 250W, L-band gallium nitride (GaN) transmitter & receiver module designed for radar systems applications. Operating from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz, the RFMR13-LTRM-250-200B achieves 250 W output power with a TX gain of 52 dB. The RFMR13-LTRM-250-200B has a circulator that provides duplex functions and a built-in diode shunt switch to protect the receiver. The 6-BIT phase shifter and the attenuator are placed next to the T/R S/W and are controlled using parallel TTL logic. A bias sequence circuit is included.
