RFHIC’s RRP07093K0-30 is a 4kW, pulsed GaN solid-state power amplifier designed for various radar applications, including military and weather radar. The RRP07093K0-30 is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage. The RRP07093K0-30 power amplifier is a cost-effective replacement for traveling wave tube (TWT) amplifiers and offers longer life, better efficiencies, and reduced size and weight than their TWT counterparts.RFHIC’s GaN-based RRP07093K0-30 pulsed power amplifier can be used in numerous military and high-end commercial applications, including radar, communication transmitters, and jamming systems.
