Wireless Infrastructure
Meeting the continually evolving demands for 4G LTE & 5G wireless infrastructure applications with RFHIC's gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide (SiC) technology solutions
RFHIC’s AD211 is a cost-efficient 75 Ohm GaAs HEMT monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) active divider designed for CATV applications such as FTTH (G-PON, GE-PON) applications. The AD211 is a two-way splitter active divider covering 30 to 1000 MHz. RFHIC’s AD211 provides a gain of 8 dB with 30 dBm OIP3 and 4 dB NF. This device is fabricated on Gallium Arsenide Enhancement Mode (GaAs HEMT and is packaged in a 3mm x 3mm QFN type package.
