Wireless Infrastructure
Meeting the continually evolving demands for 4G LTE & 5G wireless infrastructure applications with RFHIC's gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide (SiC) technology solutions
RFHIC’s AD274 is a cost-efficient 75 Ohm GaAs HEMT monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) active divider designed for multi-tuner set-top boxes, home gateways, and FTTH (G-PON, GE-PON) applications. Covering from 30 to 1200 MHz, the AD274 provides a gain of 5.5 dB with 26 dBm OIP3 and 3.5 dB NF. This device is fabricated on Gallium Arsenide Enhancement Mode (GaAs HEMT and is packaged in a 3mm x 3mm QFN type package.
