RFHIC’s HR3135-10A is a 10W, S-band front-end module operating at 3.1 to 3.5GHz for next-generation radar systems. The HR3135-10A is fabricated on RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) technology providing compact size and high efficiency. The surface mount hybrid type front-end module has a built-in limiter diode and a receiver switch between LNA mode and bypass mode. The HR3135-10A is built with an aluminum nitride (AlN) PCB, enabling excellent thermal dissipation. The HR3135-10A is fully matched to 50 Ohms for simplified system integration.
