RFHIC’s HR2731-50A is a 50W, S-band Hybrid Power Amplifier designed for radar system applications. Operating from 2700 to 3100 MHz, the HR2731-50A achieves 24dB of gain with an efficiency of 50%. The HR2731-50A is designed with RFHIC’s gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency. The HR2731-50A achieves a duty of 10% and a pulse width of 500 us. Both RF ports have integrated DC-blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 Ohms.
