RFHIC’s HR5459-25B is a 25W, C-band Hybrid Power Amplifier designed for radar system applications.  Operating from 5400 to 5900 MHz, the HR5459-25B achieves 18dB of gain with an efficiency of 45%. The HR5459-25B is designed with RFHIC’s gallium-nitride gallium-nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide (SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency. HR5459-25B achieves a duty of 10% and a pulse width of 50 us. Both RF ports have integrated DC-blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 Ohms.
