The RRP56572K4-24 is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage. The RRP56572K4-24 provides exceptional wide bandwidth coverage and high efficiency, making it the ideal solution for vacuum tube replacements.
