The RTHx-Series consists of both 5W and 10W GaN hybrid power amplifier operating in 3.4-3.6 GHz and 3.6-3.8 GHz frequency range. All four amplifiers provide a power-added efficiency of 43% and are 50 Ohms input and output matched. The devices do not require external components, unlike traditional hybrid power amplifiers, making it easier for system design.
