Description
RFHIC’s RIK2512K-40TG_H is a 12kW, 2.45GHz, GaN solid-state microwave generator system for plasma generation and microwave heating applications. The microwave generator operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz with adjustable power ranges from 600 to 12,000 W. The RIK2512K-40TG_H is built using RFHIC’s cutting-edge gallium nitride (GaN) on SiC HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage. The RIK2512K-40TG_H is an integrated microwave generator with a control module shelf, four SSPA shelves, and a 3-phase 380 VAC power supply unit built into a compact 19-inch cabinet. The RIK2512K-40TG_H is operable both in CW and pulse and is designed to replace industrial magnetrons and other vacuum tubes.
