RFHIC’s HR9395-30A is a 30W, X-band Hybrid Power Amplifier designed for defense radar applications. Operating from 9300 to 9500 MHz, the HR9395-30A achieves 10dB of gain with an efficiency of 40%. The HR9395-30A is designed with RFHIC’s gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency. The HR9395-30A achieves a duty of 10% and a pulse width of 100 us. Both RF ports have integrated DC-blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 Ohms.
