RFHIC’s RFM0458-4TRM-020 is a 10~20W, L/S/C-band, 4-Channel Module Amplifier designed for radar and communication. Due to its 4-Channel design, the operating frequency ranges are 433~928MHz, 1160~2606MHz, 2400~2500MHz, and 5725~5875MHz.The RFM0458-4TRM-020 is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage.
