RFHIC’s RFMR57-CTRM-020SP-500A-SM is a C-band gallium nitride transmitter/receiver (GaN T/R) module designed for radar systems applications. Operating from 5.4 to 5.9 GHz, the RFMR57-CTRM-020SP-500A-SM achieves 20 W of output power with a TX gain of 40 dB. The RFMR57-CTRM-020SP-500A-SM has a built-in circulator that provides duplex functions and a built-in limiter diode to protect the receiver. The RFMR57-CTRM-020SP-500A-SM achieves a duty cycle of 10% and a pulse width of 50 us.
